Refund policy

All sales are final.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Photo proof must be provided
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Returns requested outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
