4 rules
- Attach the walk to something you already do (coffee, drop-off, Episode 1).
- Use effort words—not one universal speed. Easy / comfortable / conversational.
- Low-energy day? Do the easier option. It still counts.
- Missed a day? Restart tomorrow. No makeup doubles. No guilt spiral.
